  • In-patient and out-patient administration functions according to PGWC policies and procedures.
  • Clinicom, Billing, Hectis and other PGWC system computer duties.
  • Reception tasks.
  • Responsible for handling and receiving public money.
  • Cash Collection and Banking of State Money.
  • Admission, transfer and discharge of patients as per PGWC Hospital Fees policies and procedures.
  • Debiting of Charge Entries to invoices as per UPFS and PGWC billing procedures.
  • Attending to patient queries (verbal, written and telephonic).
  • ICD10 Coding.
  • Covering for colleagues in areas.
