Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with the training needs analysis & completion of the Workplace Skills Plan & completion of quarterly training reports.
- Assist with the implementation of generic & transversal training, PTI courses and sourcing Service Providers.
- Assist with processing payments & training advances.
- Arrange Training meetings and act as secretariat for the Skills Committee meeting.
- Assist with the implementation, administration and evaluation of EPWP Projects/ Learnerships, Employee Health & Wellness Programmes, CIP, PSI, Bursary Scheme & CET.
- Assist with general People Management enquires/ tasks - functions within the section.
