Role information

Duties and responsibilities

  • Rendering of information administration to ensure data that is reliable, reproducible and documented to create an auditable trail, routine data capturing & reporting (Sinjani & DHIS).
  • Assist with data quality monitoring, verification and submission in prescribed format and according to the Information Management Policy and assist in monitoring of data trends.
  • Participate in information related coordinating activities.
  • Interaction with all levels of staff regarding Information related matters to ensure an effective, transparent process of data collection, collation, submission and presentation.
  • Systems support - data quality, accuracy and related access management activities.
  • General office administration & support to supervisor, colleagues and other departments.
