Role information

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist AO and SAO in all health statistics within the Sub-district.
  • Responsible for good quality data, PHC, HAST, CBS and Hospital.
  • Assist Information management in implementation of information systems, including DITCOM process and register.
  • Responsible for computer, printer and consumables registers.
  • Assist all users with all system related queries and assist users with online and telephonic helpdesk calls.
  • Render a supportive function to primary health care facilities and hospital in Stellenbosch Sub-district, with regards to information management.
  • Office administration with regards to filing process, telephone and letters, office equipment and other stock.
  • Support to supervisor and staff members.
  • Support facilities and hospital with folder management disposal and archive processes.
