Duties and responsibilities

  • Demand and Acquisition of Goods and Services - Perform ESL buy-out requests, advertising quotations on EPS, preparing quotations for Quotation Committee & Adjudication accordingly.
  • Record Keeping, all relevant SCM and procurement documentation.
  • Ensure Audit Compliance, all SCM and internal procurement policies.
  • Reporting to Supervisor and relief duties (Support to Supervisor and the broader SCM and Finance team).
