Duties and responsibilities

Assist and support to clients, personnel, management, and supervisors. - Render effective support to the supervisor and colleagues. -Training and development of subordinates. -Approve PERSAL transactions. -Administer and ensure effective and efficient implementation of Human Resource Management policies and prescripts. -Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of staff in terms of the Staff Performance Management Systems (SPMS). -Ensure effective Leave Management. -Maintain effective record keeping -Supervise, plan, and coordinate the section regarding the relevant policies, prescripts as well as financial instructions regarding personnel and salary administration, allowances, leave, service terminations, WCA, acting allowance, debt management, and administration of general service conditions in the staff office.
