Duties and responsibilities

  • Perform minor maintenance and repairs to hospital buildings, infrastructure, fixtures, fittings and equipment.
  • Assist with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, glazing, mechanical and general building maintenance activities.
  • Assist Artisans with repairs, installations, alterations, preventative maintenance and minor infrastructure improvement and refurbishment projects.
  • Prepare work areas, tools, equipment and materials and assist with dismantling, installation, assembly and movement of equipment and components.
