  • Facilitate and monitor the in year monitoring system (IYM); Effective coordination, compilation and registration of the Medium Term Expenditure Framework
  • (MTEF) and registration of the Adjusted budget process; Completion of the Annual Financial Statements; Appropriation statement; Design, development and implementation of Management Accounting policies and procedures with regards to SCOA; Review and maintain departmental tariff process for relevant programmes; Managerial functions.
