  • Implement and maintain property management policies, procedures and strategies.
  • Implement and maintain property management policies, procedures and frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with related prescripts, delegations and procedures.
  • Communicate all property management policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish proper property management, governance processes and internal control measures.
  • Undertake research on the best current practices in relation to property management.
  • Manage the disposal process of redundant and superfluous residential properties.
  • Manage the process of identifying redundant and superfluous residential properties to be disposed of.
