Duties and responsibilities
- ender general Supply Chain Management clerical and administrative support.
- Provide clerical support in demand and acquisition management processes.
- Assist with the preparation, processing and recording of quotations and procurement documentation.
- Receive, capture, verify and maintain procurement-related documents and records.
- Provide logistical support relating to the receipt, storage and issuing of goods.
- Receive requests for goods and services from end users and process documentation accordingly.
- Maintain and update SCM registers, databases and filing systems.
- Assist with asset management, including verification and maintenance of asset records.
- Assist with stocktaking, inventory control and reconciliation of stock records.
- Receive and verify goods delivered by suppliers and maintain relevant records.
- Assist with the maintenance of supplier and contract-related records.
- Capture and update information on relevant electronic SCM systems.
- Ensure that SCM documentation is properly filed, scanned and retrievable.
- Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Management Unit as required.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

The Z83 must be completed in full and page 2 duly signed. A clear indication of the post and reference number that is being applied for must be indicated on your Z83.
Applicants are not required to submit copies of qualifications and other relevant documents on application but must submit the Z83 with a detailed Curriculum Vitae (only). Certified copies of qualifications and other relevant documents will be requested from shortlisted candidates on or before the day of the interview.
